I found the instructions to assemble this product somewhat confusing and it has never worked properly.I've contacted the seller multiple times, and even spoke on the phone with the manufacturer, but a broken part was never replaced and no one could explain what I did improperly (even when I sent photographs ) in the assembly. Finally, I found a local source that does repair and installation of exercise equipment and for nearly the same cost as the bike, I had it fixed.if you don't make your living assembling exercise equipment, don't buy this bike in this venue.
