I am a huge fan of the Quick Fix series and own all of them.This,however, is not worth the money. #1- You spend so much time trying to put your feet on the dots while doing the routine. #2- The routines aren't even routines.The first segment is basically circling the dots. I'm afraid that my neighbors will see me turning in a circle irratically the way she leads, and they'll think I'm performing some weird sacrificial ritual. Save your money and buy quick fix hip hop released a few years ago.Also good is Quick Fix Cardio kick.
