This DVD has been quite valuable to me as I was having trouble with some of the more intricate choreography on DVDs like Rhythmic Step, and even some of the intervals on Low Max, so my progress had slowed.I popped in this DVD and many of the steps in Cathe's latest and greatest DVDs are broken down and taught in more detail in this set of workouts!
My personal favorite of the group is Step Jam.Cathe really gets you moving around the step and makes some very difficult steps (that are repeated in her later workouts) easy to do.I can only remember once when she miscued, but the workout was taught so well, it wasn't a problem.If you can ignore the dated sets and music, you will get a quality workout and a solid foundation on which to progress!
