Balletone - The Dancers Workout for EverybodyI can only describe this as a "pretty" workout, which will get you results.You feel graceful and elegant while doing this workout, and it will tone you like a dancer without bulking you up.The standing work (30 min) is pure ballet, including lots of plies, fondue, balancing moves, and stretching.The floor work (15 min.) includes abs, Pilates side moves, frogs, and nice, deep stretches.I am not a dancer, but do use Callanetics, Lotte Berk and Bar Method (all HIGHLY recommended).Balletone is closer to pure ballet, without some of the more gruelling elements of other dancer's workouts.
