CIA 2605: Cardio-Camp WorkoutThis workout is the only one in my collection that I really look forward to doing. Kimberly Spreen without a doubt my favorite instructor, she is funny and encouraging. It starts with cardio and then moves on to kickboxing, then incorporates it all together followed by a KILLER leg workout and stretching. It is pretty long, sometimes I feel too tired to do the leg portion at the end. I have knee problems and this video doesn't aggravate it at all, even with the intense leg set. You need plenty of space to move around in to do this video, it will not work in a small room. No weights or special equipment is required, just a bottle of water and a basic knowledge of kickboxing so you can achieve the proper form.
