I am really using and enjoying this exercise bike.It has12 or so computer settings and can be geared to your needs--such as a heart patient with a target pulse rate of 90, or increase or decrease the difficulty level and how many minutes you would like to excersise.I use both program 2 and 11 a good bit--either 20 minutes at a time--or sometimes 30 minutes, while I watch the nightly news or some sports activity.The seat is both adjustable and comfortable. I really like all the features available.
