The MMA Body Workout DVD Review

The MMA Body Workout DVDThis is a work out I can actually do. The instructor is easy to understand, and on the harder moves he provides alternatives for beginners. The sound and music are good quality-unlike some of the other workout DVDs I've tried. I like the fact that it doesn't require a bunch of extra equipment. The championship work out is tough but has good ab exercises, and there is a shorter workout that concentrates on strengthn training. I would definitely recommend it for someone looking for a good cardio workout, good core exercise, and solid overall muscle training.
