Excellent product and service.Although this item arrived a bit later than expected due to shipping area/schedule, it did arrive in good condition.The first big excercise that I had with this machine involved moving it to my basement.Even after removing the covers and foot pedals, it was still a heavy task as the frame was built like a tank.After assembly, the unit was smooth.Even my sister commented that she liked this unit better than the one that she uses in the gym.The only issue that I had was that it was missing the heart rate chest monitor.
