I love these things! They're very comfortable and so much more convenient and easier to store than a mat. Best if you practice on carpet at home. Super for travel. I wish I'd known about these when I started with yoga; I'd have gotten them before I got a mat. Cons - (1) Not great for full body on floor asanas.
