Screen is easy to see.It offers 6 pre-set programs.Program one is a good 20 minute work out.I'm a 45 y/o male in decent shape.I think this machine would be suitable for anyone.Manual setting allows max flexibility to your specific conditioning.My wife tried the machine as well and thought it offers a great total workout.This is a great lifetime investment in yourself!
