I liked the sequencing and mixture of step and interval. The intervals usually emphasize a body part such as thighs, hips, glutes, etc.I liked them and the repetition and pace keeps your heart rate up.
There is a modifier in the group, but the modifications are still not uncomplicated, just less stressful on your joints.
