Wow!I love this series.I have both DVD's beginner and advanced. If you are an at home excersizer and kickboxing is your thing this is a MUST for you.Boxing done right.Michael goes through EVERYTHING you need to know from hand wrapping, stance, and form.He shows you how to be the trainer and the trainee. It was like the light went off in my head.I own a lot of kickboxing DVD's.I usually pop them in and just go.I think that this series is SO important because it breaks down everything that you need to know in order for you to get a more effective workout.I was able to apply everything I learned from this series to my other kickboxing DVD's and it helped me to workout much more efficiently. I mean this guy REALLY knows what he's talking about. He's clear and to the point. The beginner DVD really has a lot of instruction more so than it does have a work out BUT it shows you how to hit a heavy bag, and how to train with a trainer a lot of information. On a last note the film production is nice.Michael narrates the who series instead of the usual talking while working out.I normally don't like that with more workout DVD's but it works with this series.I can't say enough about how great this series is.I have nothing negative to say about it.Invest in your equipment and start hitting.Click Here to see more reviews about: Everlast Boxing Workout DVDs
