I purchased this product at Sports Authority for $39.00.I figured for all the items included I couldn't beat the price, even if I didn't like the work outs provided.I have no idea what the other reviewers are talking about: first, there is a pump included to inflate the ball; second, if attached properly, the handles do not pop off the resistance bands; third, I've done the workout 3 times now and have had ZERO issues with the jump rope.I have had great success with this program thus far and am looking forward to completing the next 5 weeks!I was already in decent shape, but needed something to tone my hips and abs.This program has not let me down. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to tone up at a reasonable price.
