Cathe breaks down the routine to focus on the lower abs, low back, middle abs, upper abs, and obliques. I am someone that finds Core work to be boring compared to other conditioning workouts. However, i don't dread doing my abs now thanks to Cathe.
I have not been able to complete the full workout and modify most of the moves since I have lower back and hip injuries. This is one though that has helped to strengthen my injured areas and slowly I am able to do more each week.
This is well worth the money and you get moves in here that I have not seen before. It's fun, motivating, hard, and the time flies! You will need a mat, balance ball, and swiss medicine ball or dumbbell.
