The Body Dome provides a great cardio workout, similar to a step but with the added challenge of balancing on the Dome to work your core! It also provides great toning benefits with its attached resistance tubings. The curved shape design also provides a fast way to work your glutes, hamstring muscles and Abs! The nubby texture provides great traction for a feeling of more stability when stepping on the Dome, and to use it for chest resistance and ab work you can lay a mat or towel over the nubby surface if you'd like to make it more comfortable and still get all the terrific benefits of this great piece of fitness equipment!
