Pilates Sculpt and Tone CollectionI'm pretty experienced in Pilates, and the Abs portion of this set is a challenging and good workout.The Lower Body portion, however, is very easy - too easy for those more experienced in Pilates.In the Abs workout, Ana Caban moves quite quickly through the exercises.I was sweating and tired by the end of it.On the other hand, I didn't even break a sweat on the Lower Body workout.It's a strange set since the two workouts are so unevenly matched in their level of difficulty.But the Abs portion is great and I would recommend that on its own for those who are looking for a challenge.The Lower Body workout is definitely for beginners.
